Assessed and evaluated learning experience and conducted student academic advising for successful progression. Mentored and coached  nursing students who have difficulty in academic success that resulted in course  and program completion. Conducted the NCLEX-RN Exam review for graduating class with better outcome.

Coordinated with the review and revision of program curriculum that is geared towards positive program completion and and NCLEX-RN succces. Spearheaded the creation and establishment of a High-fidelity Nursing Simulation Lab as well as in the delivery of learning experience. Assisted  and monitored student's  performance in the preparation for a successful NCLEX RN outcome for the first-time test takers. Responsible for maintaning accreditation standards.
