My name is Irene Roman. I am a Registered Nurse and educator who is very passionate in nursing education. My goal is to help in solving the shortage of nursing professionals. I believe that everyone has the chance to be who they want to be when given opportunity. A coach or a mentor is a vitaI player in any success. I also understand that every individual learns at a different pace. I would love to see more competent, caring and compassionate nurses in the healthcare workforce. Right now, I help nursing students progress academically, as well as nursing graduates who are preparing for the licensure examination to successfully pass for the First Time the NCLEX-RN Exam.
